A Workshop to help parents to prepare for the joys and challenges of Breastfeeding their baby. Includes benefits of breastfeeding, latching baby, early establishment of milk supply, common challenges, lifestyle, pumping and storing breastmilk, support in the community.

My husband and I just completed Kim’s weekend Preparation for Parenthood class and WOW, we LOVED it. My husband and I took this two day course in advance of the birth of our first child. Kim was knowledgable and shared extensively from her years of experience as a labour and delivery nurse. She also presents very current information and is well aware of current research and studies. She is easy to interact with, comfortable with ANY questions and genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. As an added bonus, her classes are small, so there is lots of points of connection.
